The New SBEP is Here!
We are excited to announce the launch of our new web site and our first post on the site’s blog! And, we have been busy making enhancements to our programming as well…check out all the changes below.
-New Web Site – The new site is far more search friendly, attracting more site visitors, and will better showcase our members to visitors in the process of planning an event. You can see the directory listing of our current members on this page (find your listing!): https://www.sbep.com/event-vendors The new site is also designed to streamline the application process for new members and now has a page dedicated to blog content.
-New Programming – We will continue to have free in-person mixers at local venues for our members, and will also be adding regular educational webinars that you can easily join from the comfort of your computer or phone, to learn more about how to successfully run your business. -New Instant Messaging – We have created an SBEP ‘workspace’ on Slack so that all members can quickly communicate with one another in real time. It’s like having your very own support team! You can ask questions, provide content for the blog, give praise, share your wins, make suggestions, etc. It will also serve as our primary mode of communication with members! Current SBEP members will be provided with a link to set up an account to join the SBEP workspace.
-New Board Members – We are excited to announce the addition of Lisa Green of Blissful Boutiques to our board. She will be handling memberships! The board also has a new President and Vice President – Kristiné Kirschke is President and Laurie Rasmussen is Vice President.
